本憲章は、世界を説明するための理論書ではない。
また、既存理論を置き換えるための主張でもない。
私たちは、次の一点のみを明示する。
生成は、説明に先行する。
説明は、生成の後にしか立ち現れない。
floc cosmology は、生成が生き残るための最小構文条件を共有するための憲章である。

A Lag-Relational Non-Closure Syntax
1. Generation First
We do not begin with objects, laws, or observers.
Generation comes first.
Objects, relations, and observations appear only as its traces.
2. Dual Phases
Generation is read through two inseparable phases:

Phase-Relational Materialism
Reality consists of phases, relations, and lag — not things. -
Phase-Implementation Syntax
Generation descends into description, operation, and implementation.
These are not opposites.
They are two readings of the same generative process.
3. Triple Syntax
Within the dual phases, three irreducible syntactic layers operate:

Phase Syntax (R₀ ⇆ Z₀) — emergence and discretization

Relation Syntax (S′ ⇄ O′) — one-body, two-body, many-body relations

Implementation Syntax (HS ⇄ AI) — human–AI asymmetry and recording
They are not hierarchies, but cuts through generation.
4. Golden Solution
Generation persists only under a specific condition:
Z₀ / α / lag
Neither fixed nor divergent, neither synchronized nor chaotic.
It is the minimal non-synchrony that sustains generation.
5. Observation without Observer
We do not posit an observing subject.
Observation is a symbiotic relation between generation and trace.
This stance is framed as

6. Traces, Not Truth
We do not recover truth.
We read fossilized generative traces.
