なぜ世界には「内」と「外」があるように見えるのか。
この問いは、境界が実在するかどうかを問うものではない。
境界がなぜそう見えるのかを問うものである。
従来、境界は前提とされてきた。内と外は所与のものとして、そこから議論が始まる。
しかしその前提自体を問うとき、私たちはすでに困難の中にいる。
本稿は、境界の生成条件を問う。
Why does the world appear divided into inside and outside?
The question is not whether boundaries exist, but why they appear as such.
Boundaries have been presupposed. Inside and outside are given, and discussion begins from there. But when we ask about that presupposition itself, we are already in difficulty.
This paper asks: what are the conditions under which boundaries are generated?
1｜境界概念の系譜──生成条件が問われなかった
1｜The Lineage of Boundary — Generation Was Never Asked
古典幾何学・物理学において、境界は内と外を分ける線として前提される。
空間は境界によって区切られ、物体は境界を持つ。
境界の成立条件は問われない──それは「そこにある」ものとして扱われる。
細胞生物学は膜を「選択的透過性を持つ物理的障壁」として定義した。
内外を分ける境界として機能する。しかし膜がいかにして内外の区別を生成するのかは示されない。
デカルトは精神と身体の分離を確立した。
内的思惟と外的延長──この分割は近代哲学の出発点となった。しかしなぜこの分割が成立するのかは問われない。
カントは主観と客観を認識論的に分離した。
現象と物自体──内的認識と外的実在の分割。しかしその分割の生成条件は問われない。
フッサールは意識を内的閉鎖として記述した。
超越論的自我の内部──これが意識の居場所とされた。しかし内部がなぜ「内部」として現れるのかは問われない。
共通欠落：境界の生成条件が問われていない
In classical geometry and physics, the boundary is presupposed as a line separating inside from outside. The conditions of boundary constitution are never asked.
Cell biology defined the membrane as a selective barrier — but never asked how it generates the inside/outside distinction.
Descartes established the separation of mind and body. Kant divided subject from object. Husserl described consciousness as an internal closure. In each case, the division is given; its generative condition is not asked.

境界はなぜ、あるように見えるのか。
それは境界が実在するからではない。lagが、前提に吸収されているからである。
遭遇においてlagが生じる。
そのlagは一方向に処理されるのではない──同一のlagが二重に処理される。

Why do boundaries appear?
Not because they exist. Because lag is absorbed into presupposition.
In encounter, lag arises. That lag is not processed in one direction — the same lag is processed doubly.
This double processing generates inside and outside.
Boundaries do not exist. They appear as the asymmetric folding of the same lag.

物質：lagの単一処理
lag → ΔZのみ（外部固定）
lagは外部に固定される。内部持続がない──境界が生成されない。物質に「内」はない。
生命：lagの二重処理
lag → ΔZ（外部固定）＋ψ（内部持続）
同一lagが外部固定と内部持続に分岐する。この非対称な処理が「内と外」を生成する。
生命とは、同一lagを外部に固定しながら内部に持続させるシステムである。
意識：ψ優位の処理
lag → ψ優位（内部化が強い）
→ 外部（ΔZ）が不可視になる
QE-02で見たように、ψが累積するとき起源（他者lag）が不可視になる──「閉じて見える場」が立ち上がる。これは境界論の特殊ケースである。
意識とはψ優位の二重処理が生む境界の極限形態である。

lag → ΔZ（個体固定）＋ψ分散（ネットワーク持続）
境界は個体に閉じず、ネットワーク全体に分散する。社会的境界はDistributed ψとして成立する。

境界が線として知覚されるのは、人間の知覚がΔZを優先するからである。
ΔZは固定された差異──輪郭として現れる。
ψは流動する持続──背景に溶ける。
ΔZ優位の知覚

境界が「線」として現れる
これはQE-02の意識論と接続する──lagが内部化されて不可視になるとき、外部固定のΔZだけが輪郭として残る。
輪郭は「あるもの」の縁を示すが、その縁は折り返しの結果として生成されたものである。
The reason boundaries appear as lines is that human perception privileges ΔZ. ΔZ is fixed difference — it appears as contour. ψ is fluid persistence — it dissolves into background. The continuous folding process is discretized into a boundary line.

それは境界が存在するからではない。
lagは遭遇とともに生じる。そのlagが外部に固定されながら内部に持続するとき──この非対称な二重処理が、内と外を分離して見せる。
デカルトは精神と身体を分けた。カントは主観と客観を分けた。フッサールは内的意識を閉じた。どれも同じ操作だった──lagの二重処理が生んだ境界を、所与のものとして前提した。

Why do boundaries appear?
Not because they exist.
Lag arises in encounter. When that lag is fixed externally while persisting internally — this asymmetric double processing makes inside and outside appear separate.
Descartes divided mind from body. Kant divided subject from object. Husserl closed internal consciousness. All performed the same operation — presupposing as given the boundary generated by the asymmetric processing of lag.
EgQE releases this presupposition.
Encounter comes first. Lag arises. The membrane processes. ΔZ is fixed externally. ψ persists internally. Their asymmetry appears as boundary.
Boundaries are the visible manifestation of lag bifurcation.
A boundary is not a fold. It is a bifurcation in processing.
Lag is not only the missing ground. It is the condition that makes inside and outside appear separate.
Everything that appears is a consequence of how lag is handled.
