Abstract

Seven is not symbolic. It is structural.

Within bounded quasi-periodic dynamics, hexagonal symmetry tends toward stabilization, while higher-order partitioning tends toward diffusion or narrative over-resolution. The heptagonal mode constitutes the minimal configuration that prevents symmetry locking without collapsing into fragmentation.

Under conserved relational redistribution, drift persists only where rotational offset is sustained without periodic closure. We argue that the regular heptagon provides the smallest discrete partition compatible with sustained structural non-simultaneity.
