人工衛星とは何か。

通常それは、地球の周囲を回る人工物として説明される。

しかしこの説明は、人工衛星の軌道運動を説明するものであって、人工衛星の存在論的位置を説明するものではない。

人工衛星は単なる機械ではない。
それは宇宙空間という条件の中で 人間の活動を成立させる装置である。

その意味で人工衛星は、

無重力と擬似地上のあいだ

に存在する。

2｜落下宇宙

宇宙空間の基本状態は 自由落下である。

人工衛星もまた地球の周囲を回っているのではなく、落下し続けている。

軌道運動とは、横方向の速度によって落下が連続している状態にすぎない。

この意味で宇宙は

落下宇宙（Falling Universe）

として理解できる。

ここには 地上のような安定した支持面は存在しない。

3｜人工衛星転回

人工衛星は、この状況を直観的に示す存在である。

人工衛星は 宇宙の中で自由落下している。

しかし同時に、その内部では人間が活動できる環境が作られている。

ここで次の対比が現れる。

宇宙：自由落下
地上：支持

人工衛星は この二つの条件のあいだに立つ。

つまり人工衛星は、

落下宇宙の中で 支持条件を人工的に生成する装置

である。

この意味で人工衛星は、宇宙理解の転回点 となる。

これをここでは

人工衛星転回

と呼ぶ。

地上では、物体は自由落下していない。

人間も建物も物体も何らかの構造によって 支えられている。

地上とは

支えが連続している場所

である。

言い換えれば、地上とは支持構造の面である。

人工衛星は 宇宙空間の中で

などを通じて 局所的な支持条件 を生成する。

その結果、宇宙の中に 小さな地上 が生まれる。

擬似地上とは、

落下宇宙の中に生成された 局所的支持構造

である。

人工衛星とは

落下宇宙の中に 擬似地上を作る装置

である。

それは宇宙の中に地上を持ち込む試みである。

What is an artificial satellite?

It is usually described as a man-made object orbiting the Earth.

However, this explanation describes the motion of satellites, not their ontological position.

Artificial satellites are not merely machines.
They are devices that enable human activity under the conditions of outer space.

Thus they exist

between weightlessness and pseudo-ground.

2 | The Falling Universe

The fundamental state of outer space is free fall.

Artificial satellites do not simply orbit Earth.

They are continuously falling.

Orbital motion is simply falling with sufficient horizontal velocity.

In this sense the universe may be understood as

a Falling Universe

where no stable supporting surface exists.

3 | The Satellite Turn

Artificial satellites reveal a fundamental contrast.

Satellites exist in free fall, yet inside them humans can function.

This reveals the following structure:

Universe : free fall
Ground   : support

Artificial satellites stand between these two conditions.

They are devices that

generate support conditions within the falling universe.

In this sense, artificial satellites represent

a conceptual turning point in understanding the universe.

We may call this

the Satellite Turn.

4 | Ground

On Earth, objects are not in free fall.

Humans, buildings, and objects are supported by structures.

Ground therefore means

a continuous surface of support.

Artificial satellites create local support conditions in space through

a locally generated support structure within the falling universe.

Thus an artificial satellite is
